Our excellent products and creative compositions, guarantees something for everyone’s taste. We lay great value on regional produce and strictly control its origin and therefor have been awarded the AMA Gastro-seal annually since 2010. Taste the delicious golden yellow breakfast egg with rye bread straight from the farmer or immerse yourself in the unique tastes of lake Millstatt and relish our fresh wild-caught white fish.

Our specialties: fish & herbs

With our own net fishing in the lake we catch our fish daily and have been for over 150 years. Initially exclusively for the Austrian Emperor, and now for our guests.

Enjoy fresh and completely natural wild catch. Whether in a refined appetizer or a delicious fillet. We are happy to have our guests join us, and enjoy the excitement of net fishing .

Herbal and flower garden: Our garden is cultivated daily. From here, we get our beautiful flowers for the tables and food decoration and the fresh herbs that refine our soups, sauces and cocktails. Makes our food just tastes even better.
