Gourmet & Indulgence
Delicious products from the lakes and mountains, including gluten-free and lactose-free options
As Imperial and Royal Court Fishermen, our ancestors used to supply the Austrian Emperor with fresh fish. We have been practising net fishing for over 200 years. Every day, we catch wild fish for our guests. Many of our specialities are lovingly prepared and enhanced with fresh herbs from our herb garden. Discover our award-winning, regional cuisine.
Slow Food Good. Clean. Fair
Slow Food is guided by these three principles: a commitment to mindful enjoyment and sustainable, locally sourced food. The aim is to preserve and promote biological and flavour diversity – out of conviction and with passion. We have been working closely with our regional suppliers for many years. We are proud to be members of Slow Food Carinthia.
